WhiteWall was founded in 2007 by Alexander Nieswandt, and over the course of its 15 years of expertise, has established itself as the world's leading photo lab in the photo finishing market. WhiteWall is made up of a team of passionate experts, combining state-of-the-art technologies with traditional development methods. WhiteWall's award-winning gallery quality is achieved through first-class backing materials, high-quality photo prints under acrylic glass, and handcrafted frames.
WhiteWall is present in more than 13 countries with 180 employees. All products are manufactured at its professional lab in Frechen (Germany), which spans over 7,500 square meters, and shipped to over 50 countries. With over 20,000 customers from the professional photography sector, 4 of its own flagship stores in Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Munich, and Berlin as well as shop-in-shop systems in selected LUMAS galleries around the world, WhiteWall ranks among the global players in the industry.
Through the cooperation with Leica, WhiteWall products and services are also available in selected Leica Stores in Los Angeles, Rome, Beijing, Munich and Wetzlar, with further locations planned. What requirements are there for a photographer to work with you?
There are no special requirements. We are happy to work with anyone who has a passion for photography.
Do you offer a consumer arm?
Yes, we are open to consumer business. Furthermore, we are happy about every photographer who recommends us. The requirement is always to bring your own photo.
Many photographers are selling digitals because they don’t know how to order product or where to start. Do you help photographers with this transition?

Do you offer a discount on samples, if so, what is the discount?
Order your Photo Print as a proof at a greatly reduced price. This way, you can gauge the effect of the product on your photo and check the quality of your photo in the selected size. Your proof will be watermarked.
Are any other samples required in order to get started with your lab and if so, what is the cost of these?
WhiteWall offers sample sets to customers, which are very helpful to make the right choice. All sample sets include a voucher that the customer can use right away for the next order (except Coffee Table Books).
What is the first step a photographer should take to get started with your lab?
