We service, exclusively, professional photographers; and do so proudly. Doing so allows us to put all of our time and effort into improving the businesses of you – the professionals – and offer products, information, and tips most suitable to your needs as a professional photographer.

We always emphasize the importance of print as we believe it to be the most artistic form of expression as well as the most valuable for you and your business. We are always eager to assist photographers in finding their own, or, yet another #REASONtoPRINT.

What requirements are there for a photographer to work with you?
Photographers must be professionals to work with us at nPhoto. This will need to be verified upon registration to gain access. Our team will look at an applicants website, Facebook, Instagram and other digital photography outlets to confirm they are indeed professionals.

Do you offer a consumer arm?
Not directly, no. We believe it best to remain a pro-only lab as we can then best cater to that cohort. Being exclusive with our audience and verifying professionalism allows us to be open about pricing details, selling strategies, marketing tips and more that we know would not be the best for clientele of professional photographers to get hold of. Yet, this info is extremely important for the success of professional photographers. We pride ourselves on being white label with our high-quality products but harboring an open and safe place for pro photographers to communicate, network, and share ideas. Moreover, being pro-only we can focus our attention on only the best and highest quality materials, craftsmanship, and machines.

Many photographers are selling digitals because they don’t know how to order product or where to start. Do you help photographers with this transition?
Yes! We offer tools to help with all those issues and more! We take pride in addressing those new to print photography and helping to educate them on all that is available to them and the tools to go about it successfully. We offer extensive assistance in many areas ranging from designing with our free Online Design software to get a hang of digital marketing via Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads etc - and certainly to how to find the best print product; and much more. This content is all free and can found across on our blog site, YouTube channel, and website.

Which product do you see pet photographers order the most and at what size?
Our Complete Photo Albums and Folio Boxes, a print product with a USB included in a handcrafted box, are extremely popular among our pet photography clients. Considering the whole of Europe and other non-US markets these products in our matte finish papers - Mohawk, or Canon Deep Matte tend to be the most popular finish type. A basic leatherette, velvet, suede, or textile cover with a studio logo, or animal-themed pattern, or name of the animal client(s) on the cover of the album or Folio Box are extremely popular and are all possible through us. Similarly, our acrylic covers with an image cover have become a hot-ticket item for pet photographers as well. Sizes vary, though 25 x 25cm (10 x10in) is popular for albums and 25 x 20cm (10x 8in) for our Folio Box and prints. Please register on our website for all of our pricing information. As mentioned, we take pride in keeping these details for professionals only.

Recommended mark up
We believe pricing is an extremely specific and vital part of the business of professional photography. Therefore, we refrain from giving out any too specific pricing recommendations. Feel free to check out on our content on YouTube with experts in the field for their thoughts here, and, please consult with those more familiar with your situation on how best to appropriately price your products -taking into consideration your costs, clientele, business strategy and other important factors.

If you were a photographer selling this product in a set package, what would you sell it with?
We believe Wall Decor makes the perfect complement for our Folio Boxes and Complete Album Sets. If you offer a more substantial print product through us with a digital option included, Wall Art is a natural bonus offer. Therefore, they have the whole package - something for the wall, a nice album or Folio Box, and a digital option.

Do you offer a discount on samples, if so, what is the discount?
We are constantly offering incredible discounts on our samples products. As of right now you can get 3 sample products for 75% off! With the vast majority of our product offer included. Though this is a limited time offer, we are constantly putting out some kind of sample offer for our customers.

Are any other samples required in order to get started with your lab and if so, what is the cost of these?
Nothing is required, per se. Though we highly recommend any one new to our brand investing in a Starter Bundle which includes a product catalog, a material swatch book, and a paper bundle for examples of all our photo finishes and paper options on offer. This will familiarize them with our brand's offer and prepare them for exactly what they need. This can be found after they register on our platform.

What is the first step a photographer should take to get started with your lab?
Registering with us, getting in touch with your personal account manager about current promotions on hand and their suggestions on what to do, and getting a Starter Bundle.
