Sweets and attention are their motivation. With my flashlight I am able to catch them with the most beautiful and also strangest faces. Their interaction is so funny at times. I love making these images of my best friends.”
ABOUT THE ARTIST
Ivar my oldest friend, is 11 years old, he is so used to my camera. And Wodan grew up being a model. My technique was getting better when Wodan came to live with me and Ivar as a kitten. Now they both know when it's time for a photoshoot. They know they will be getting sweets and attention so they both love it. When it takes a long time, they even look as if they are bored and are willing to do something, but that could be my imagination as well;)
My intention is to make people smile when seeing my images.
And for people to have such an painterly portrait of their best friend as well.
